Ben Croshaw

Ben Croshaw is an experienced instructional designer currently serving as CORE L&D, Instructional Designer II at CHG Healthcare since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Acumen Learning for nine years, where responsibilities included designing the first online learning suite and developing training materials for instructor-led sessions. Ben has a diverse background in content creation, having hosted the Ticked Podcast, and worked as a creator of training videos and materials for various organizations. Ben's career spans multiple industries, including leadership development consulting and graphic design, with previous roles at Full Circle Group, Brilliance Marketing, and LDS Church. Ben holds an MS in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences and a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from Utah State University.
