Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Chicago Booth Angels Network and as an Independent Corporate Board Director for SPARK by Ignify Technologies, Rai-Marchant is also an angel investor with Hyde Park Angels. Previously, Rai-Marchant held leadership roles at SciArt Software, Inc., HighGround, and Reyes Holdings, where contributions included strategic pivots, product innovation, and IT organizational turnarounds. As the founder and CEO of ShopRock.it, Rai-Marchant initiated successful ventures in office productivity and health supplements. Rai-Marchant holds dual MBA degrees from The University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from The University of Akron.
