Karen Rosen

Karen Rosen is an experienced development officer currently managing a portfolio of 40 foundation, corporation, and government donors at the Chicago Botanic Garden since 2009, successfully raising over $1 million. Prior to this role, Karen served as Director of the CPA Endowment Fund and Director of CPAs for the Public Interest at the Illinois CPA Society from 1989 to 2007, where responsibilities included administration, fundraising, grantmaking, and governance of the Fund, which grew to a significant $3 million. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Writing and Publishing at DePaul University, Karen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin.
