Kendrict White has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kendrict started their career in 1995 as a Returned Goods Coordinator at Hirsch International. In 1998, they moved to MedAssist, where they served as an Administrative Supervisor and HIPAA Compliance Officer. In 2004, they joined Employment & Employer Services as a Housing Specialist. Later, in 2011, they joined the Chicago Housing Authority, where they held various roles, including HCV Special Programs Coordinator and HCV Financial Compliance Manager. Kendrict is currently the Director of Compliance & Operations for the HCV Program at the Chicago Housing Authority.

Kendrict White has a diverse education history. Kendrict started their educational journey at City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Kendrict then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology - Substance Abuse from Kaplan University between the years 2008 and 2011. Later, Kendrict enrolled in City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Additionally, Kendrict has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they became a Housing Choice Voucher Specialist from Nan McKay and Associates (NMA). Kendrict continued to acquire various certifications, including Family Self-Sufficiency Specialist in 2012, HCV Financial Accounting & Reporting Specialist in 2012, HCV Financial Management Specialist in 2015, HUD-PIC Reporting in 2016, Fair Housing & Reasonable Accommodation Specialist in 2017, HCV Program Management in 2018, and most recently, the Section 8 Management Assessment Program Specialist certification from Nan McKay and Associates (NMA) in 2019.
