Jay Padar is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Executive Protection Security Service since June 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Jay Padar holds the position of Sergeant at the Chicago Police Department, where employment began in July 1998. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Lewis University (2003-2005) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University (1992-1996). Additionally, Jay Padar is a Certified Fraud Examiner recognized by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and has received training in Interview and Interrogation Techniques from Wicklander-Zulawski.
