Ricardo Sandoval is an experienced IT and office manager with a strong background in technical support and database administration. At TMG since May 2012, Ricardo serves as the IT/Office Manager, handling technical issues within the office and maintaining the database. Previously, at Touchtunes, from April 2011 to April 2012, Ricardo worked in help desk and support roles, and from March 2004 to December 2006, served as the Director of Database Administration at ACEX, LLC, responsible for updating and managing database information. Earlier experience at Pierce & Associates from 2000 to 2004 involved drafting judgments. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 1997.
