Sue Kennedy Laue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social and emotional learning (SEL), strategic planning, and communications. Currently serving as the CEO and SEL Trainer/Coach at SEL Behavioral Solutions PreK-12 since 2007, Laue has also operated Behavioral Solutions K-12 & Media Masters, Inc. since 2000, providing training and coaching to various educational institutions. Laue’s work focuses on fostering safe, supportive school environments through customized action plans and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include President & CEO at Media Masters Inc., where Laue specialized in integrated marketing communications for nonprofit and corporate clients, as well as writing for the Chicago Tribune and serving as Public Involvement Coordinator for the Chicago Area Transportation Study. Laue holds advanced degrees in journalism and community planning from Northwestern University and the University of Kentucky, respectively.
