April Morgan

April Morgan has extensive experience in legal and administrative roles within public service and education. Since July 2010, April Morgan has held various positions at the Chicago Transit Authority, including Chief of Staff and Chief Attorney. Prior to this, April Morgan served as Assistant Counsel to the Speaker at the Illinois General Assembly House of Representatives from January 2009 to June 2010, and worked as a Prosecutor for Student Adjudication at Chicago Public Schools from June 2008 to January 2009. April Morgan earned a Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Anthropology-Sociology from Knox College.
