Carrie Wagener, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Deputy Chief Engineer at the Chicago Transit Authority since November 2007, overseeing the owner's engineering team for the $1.3 billion Red and Purple Modernization Phase One Design-Build project. Responsibilities include leading safety and quality initiatives within the Infrastructure Division and implementing the FTA's safety and security certification program.
