Clare McGuire

Clare McGuire is a Senior Project Manager at the Chicago Transit Authority, managing project control functions for the $3.6 billion Red Line Extension project. Clare previously worked as a Budget Manager at Chicago Public Schools and Budget and Operations Manager at the University of Chicago Poverty Lab. Clare also served as a Mayoral Fellow at the City of Chicago and has experience in program management at Grant Thornton LLP. Clare holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
