David Fullarton

David Fullarton, MPA, currently serves as Project Manager of Infrastructure Capital Controls at the Chicago Transit Authority, overseeing construction program disbursements and delivering updates on capital project spending. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager of Paratransit at Pace Suburban Bus, Program Coordinator of Transit Capital at the Illinois Department of Transportation, and various positions focusing on transit operations, planning, and analysis. David's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, supplemented by specialized training in Geographic Information Analysis and welding.
