James Dinges

James (JD) Dinges possesses extensive experience in restaurant operations and business management. As the General Manager of Operations at Chick-fil-A Corporate since September 2000, James oversees daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, including recruitment, hiring, and training efforts. Prior to this role, James was an Independent Business Owner at The Cleaners @ Dunwoody Place from August 1992 to August 2000, where successful management of a large dry cleaning and laundry facility included the development of a home pick-up and delivery service. James holds a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Kennesaw State University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
