Ed Samek

Ed Samek has extensive experience as a board member for various companies from 1996 to the present, including roles on the Board of Directors of Alliance Healthcare Services, MedQuist, The MRC Group, MedPlus, Third Millennium Healthcare, Caremedic, Veritext, and WaterJel. Samek serves as CEO of Samek Solutions and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Alliance HealthCare Services, and Chairman of the Board for Friends of Acadia. Additionally, Samek has held the position of Trustee-retired Board Finance Chair and Treasurer at The Jackson Laboratory, is a member of the Chief Executives Organization and the World Presidents' Organization, and was an Outside Board Member at The Riverside Company. Previous significant roles include serving as vice-chairman of the board of directors at MedQuist from 1998 to 2004. Ed Samek holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University.
