Elena Kosachenko

Elena Kosachenko is an experienced HR professional with a robust history in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director HR for Corporate Functions at Chiesi Group since September 2020, Elena has previously held several positions within the company, including Cultural Change & HR Strategic Projects Manager and HR Business Partner for Global Functions. Prior to Chiesi Group, Elena worked at Novartis as an HR Business Partner and at Alcon, a Novartis company, as HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes key HR roles at Nestle S.A. and Nestle Rossiya, where responsibilities encompassed continuous excellence initiatives and project management.
