Child Advocates of Blair County, Inc., (CABC) is a private, non-profit, community based organization founded in 1982 to provide quality programming focused around the total needs of at-risk children and families. These programs have created positive change for children and adults alike.

CABC operates the following program within Blair County: Blair County Head Start, Teen Link Connection, and Pre-K Counts.
