Jocelyn Merker

Jocelyn Merker is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a People and Culture Partner and Human Resources Generalist at Child & Family since July 2023, Jocelyn has previously held positions such as Human Resources & Finance Coordinator at the New Jersey School Boards Association, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting the Executive Director/CEO on sensitive HR matters. Additional experience includes a temporary role as Human Resources Operations Specialist at Plum Healthcare Group, where Jocelyn addressed HR inquiries and aided in onboarding processes, as well as a Human Resources Administrator position at P.
