Melina Spathari

Melina Spathari currently serves as the Communications Manager at the Child Mind Institute, focusing on communications for the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Initiative since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Strategy and Programs at HumanRights360, and as a founding member and Steering Committee Member at Common Ground Greece. From October 2017 to February 2023, Melina held the position of Advocacy & Communications Manager at Terre des hommes foundation, and served as Exhibitions Coordinator at documenta14 from January 2016 to September 2017, where oversight of logistics, project schedules, and budget management was essential. Earlier roles include Head of Communications at MSF Greece, Editorial Director of Madame Figaro Magazine, and various positions in music promotion and media, showcasing a strong background in communications, strategy development, and project management. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Translation Sciences from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, and a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature, alongside studies in Spanish language and culture.
