Jessica Conway is a professional with extensive experience in research and administrative support. Currently serving as a Senior Research Assistant at Child Trends since August 2022, Jessica focuses on child and family well-being supports as well as early childhood research. Previous roles include Research Assistant positions in the DeRubeis Lab and Brannon Lab at the University of Pennsylvania, where Jessica contributed to studies on mental disorder treatments and cognitive development, respectively. Prior to the academic roles, Jessica worked as an Administrative Assistant for Oak Park Unified School District, providing support for the Instrumental Music Department. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Health & Societies (Public Health) and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2022.
