Kylee Novak is a research assistant at Child Trends since May 2023, previously serving as a community health educator at Minneapolis School Based Clinics from August 2021 to March 2023, where health education services were provided to adolescents, particularly in reproductive and sexual health. Additional experience includes roles as a college access and success coach at College Possible from August 2020 to July 2021, a flexible fulfillment team member at Target from March 2020 to July 2020, and various positions at St. Olaf College between 2018 and May 2020, including research assistant, office assistant, wellness peer educator, and teacher assistant. Kylee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Studio Art from St. Olaf College, earned in May 2020.

The Early Childhood Data Collaborative (ECDC) supports state policymakers’ development and use of coordinated state early care and education (ECE) data systems. The ECDC provides tools and resources to encourage data-driven state policy changes and provide a national forum to support the development and use of coordinated state ECE data systems.
