Nathan Taylor started their work experience in 1999 as a Technology Support Specialist at the Santa Clara County Office of Education. Nathan worked in this role until 2008 when they became the Head Start Compliance Coordinator. In 2011, Nathan was promoted to Manager, Head Start Compliance and held this position until 2012. In 2012, they joined ChildPlus Software as a Software Designer and later became a Senior Software Designer in 2013.
