Lisa Makowski

Lisa Makowski, SPHR, has over two decades of experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as an Organizational Development Consultant at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin since October 1997. In this role, Lisa implements programs to enhance efficiency and leadership performance while collaborating with HR and business leaders to align strategies with organizational objectives. Previously, Lisa held positions as a Human Resources Manager, where management of the HR consulting team fostered workforce commitment, and as a Human Resources Consultant, providing support to various departments and developing strategies for employee engagement. Earlier career experience includes serving as Branch Manager at PA Staffing. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
