Mark Piper

Mark Piper is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at Chiltern Railways since March 2016, Mark has progressed through several roles, demonstrating significant initiative in developing IT change management processes and managing virtual machine infrastructures. Prior to this, Mark held positions at Sopra Steria, where responsibilities included designing solutions and managing development environments for the National Probation Service. Mark's career began at Steria, where roles ranged from Problem Engineer to Citrix Technical Analyst, consistently focusing on maintaining operational continuity and supporting complex IT systems. Mark holds an Advanced GNVQ in Information Technology from Leggatts Campus.
