Apple Palarca

Apple Palarca has extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel, Corporate at Chime since February 2021. Previously, Apple held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at DocuSign from August 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing corporate governance, SEC reporting, and equity plan administration. Prior to DocuSign, Apple worked as Corporate Counsel at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP from March 2013 to August 2015, assisting with corporate representation and governance. Early in the career, Apple gained experience as a Corporate and Securities Paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer. Apple holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, with a High Tech Law Certificate focusing on Corporate Law, and a BA in Economics and Sociology from UCLA.
