Ayesha Shaik

Ayesha Shaik is a data science and analytics professional with a diverse background in credit risk modeling and financial analysis. At Chime since July 2022, Ayesha applies expertise in data science to analytical challenges. Prior experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs as a Global Market Strat and Credit Risk Analyst, where Ayesha contributed to strategic decision-making through analytics. Ayesha also gained valuable experience at HDFC Bank as a Credit Risk Manager, developing predictive algorithms and credit scorecards that enhanced model performance. Ayesha's analytical skills were honed during internships at FINRA, Verisk, and KPMG India, focusing on anomaly detection, business strategy analysis, and client performance improvement. Ayesha holds a Master's in Quantitative Finance from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
