Linden Rock

Linden Rock is an accomplished user researcher and strategist with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design and research across various industries. Currently serving as a Principal User Researcher at Chime since April 2022, Linden previously held the position of Senior UX Researcher & Strategist at Allbirds, where the introduction of UX practices was instrumental in shaping the company's research and strategy. Prior roles include Head of UX for Gap Inc. mobile apps and UX Research Strategist at Prolific Interactive, where Linden led numerous projects focused on product definition and innovation. Linden's career also includes positions in digital marketing and communications, with a strong academic background in Communication and Sociology from Virginia Tech and specialized training in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
