Mike Lathrop

Mike Lathrop is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in video production and motion design. Currently serving as the Lead Motion Designer at Chime since April 2020, Mike mentors and manages the creative team while focusing on performance marketing strategies. Previous roles include Video Producer at InVision, where Mike executed full-scale video production, and Creative Director at Wishlife, where contributions spanned UI and UX design for a multi-platform suite. Mike's directorial work on the short film Boxroom gained recognition at major film festivals, including SXSW. With a background in visual effects artistry and design, Mike has collaborated on various projects in filmmaking and design since 2009. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art Media from the National College of Art and Design.
