Phillip L. is an experienced professional in the fields of security governance, risk, and compliance. Currently serving as Manager of Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Chime since March 2021, Phillip previously held the position of Risk & Compliance Manager at Dropbox from May 2019 to March 2021. Prior to this, Phillip worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where roles included Senior Compliance Specialist and Cyber Security Controls Assessor from July 2014 to May 2019, as well as a Policy, Compliance, Awareness Applications Intern for a brief period in 2013. Phillip holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Francisco State University, completed between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Information Management from UC Irvine, obtained from 2010 to 2014. Phillip received foundational education from St. Ignatius College Preparatory, graduating in 2010.
