Rishi Ranka

Rishi RANKA is an experienced engineering manager currently at Chime, where leadership has driven the development of a high-performing cohorting and experimentation platform that manages over 3 billion requests daily. Prior to Chime, Rishi worked as a lead software engineer at Workday, contributing to the development and implementation of new products and features through close collaboration with product management. Rishi's engineering experience includes a role at Thomson Reuters, where work on the JIRA platform emphasized Agile methodologies, as well as a teaching assistant position at ECE Paris and an internship focused on algorithmic trading at HSBC. Rishi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from ECE Ecole d'ingénieurs and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
