Swati Chatterji is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Head of People Partners at Chime since February 2020, Swati has been instrumental in leading talent and people strategy for Product and Technology teams. Swati also serves as a Leadership Mentor at TechWomen and as a Mentor at First Round Capital. With previous roles including Senior People Partner at Twitch and Director, HR Business Partner at Gap Inc., Swati has a robust background in partnering with executive leaders to enhance employee experience and engagement. Swati's early career includes key HR roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citi, Tata Consultancy Services, and Aditya Birla Minacs. Swati holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA in Human Resources from IBS Hyderabad, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Delhi University.
