Thuongvu Ho

Thuongvu Ho is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in full stack development and data engineering. Currently at Chime since June 2021, Thuongvu previously contributed to Udemy from June 2016 to May 2021, where significant achievements included leading the development of a classification framework enhancing personalized learning, optimizing user flows, and developing multiple ETL pipelines. Thuongvu also played a key role in migrating and improving system performance, directly impacting user experience and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes building a financial analysis application at Thomas Street, demonstrating strong expertise in AngularJS and Test Driven Development. Thuongvu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Film & Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara and is currently furthering education at the Bradfield School of Computer Science.
