Urvi Bahety

Urvi Bahety is an experienced professional in the fields of fraud and risk strategy, data analysis, and software development. Currently serving as the Manager of Fraud and Risk Strategy at Chime since March 2021, Urvi has previously held positions such as Lead Analyst and Risk Analyst at the same company. Prior to Chime, Urvi worked at Capital One as a Principal Data Analyst and Senior Data Analyst from September 2017 to March 2021. Educationally, Urvi holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Duke University and dual degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. A diverse background includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Duke University, a Big Data Student Consultant at CloudFactory, and software development experience at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. Urvi has also interned at Broadcom, the Institute of Molecular Medicine, and ESSAR Power Plant, contributing valuable skills in data analytics, coding optimization, and research.
