Tom Riga

Tom Riga currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Chimerix, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Tom held the roles of President & CEO at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, where significant financial turnaround was achieved in 18 months, alongside leading regulatory strategy for the successful launch of ROLVEDON. Additionally, Tom served as COO and CCO, overseeing corporate strategy and leading commercial operations for oncology products. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Sales at Dendreon, Executive Director at Amgen, and various positions at Eli Lilly and Company. Tom Riga earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Chemistry from St. Lawrence University.
