Donald Alexander is an experienced security management professional currently serving as the Security Manager at Chimes since December 2023, responsible for developing and leading a new Security department and conducting security assessments across various property types. Previously, Donald held multiple roles at Sleep Number Corporation, ascending from Site Security Specialist to Security & Safety Partner, where responsibilities included monitoring security metrics, implementing safety solutions, and leading physical security operations. Donald's career also includes significant roles at Under Armour, Wolf Professional Security, and ICS Security Services, where expertise in loss prevention, threat assessment, and training development was honed. Donald holds an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Anne Arundel Community College.
