Her more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry spans the areas of credit, project and structured finance, and debt capital markets. Prior to joining the Bank, she was an International Consultant for the Asian Development Bank. She worked for international financial institutions abroad such as Barclays Capital, ABN Amro Bank, Deutsche Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Ms. Yu holds Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy, magna cum laude, from the University of the Philippines. She obtained her MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She was also conferred the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation by the CFA Institute .
