Trish Qu has had a diverse range of work experiences. Trish started their career as an Interpreter at the Ministry of Commerce of China in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Trish then joined the China Investment Promotion Agency as an Investment Promotion Officer from 2008 to 2010. Trish Qu then took on various roles at China Construction America from 2015 to 2019, including Director of Office of the Board and Director of Human Resources. In 2019, they moved to Strategic Capital as Vice President Operations. Their most recent role is Head of Shared Services and VP of HR and Communications at China Construction America, which they started in 2021.
Trish Qu completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General at Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2000 to 2004. Trish then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Language Interpretation and Translation at the University of International Business and Economics from 2004 to 2006. In May 2016, Trish obtained the certification of Senior Conference Interpreter from the European Union SCIC.
