Hui Zhao was Vice President of China Telecom (Americas) in 2010, leading its business operations in the United States for eight years before being appointed Vice President of Enterprise Client Strategic Operations at China Telecom Global in 2018.
Zhao previously served as China Telecom Sichuan’s Deputy Director of Planning & Development, Deputy Manager of Marketing Operations, Director of Human Resources, General Manager of Wireless Network, as well as Vice General Manager of China Telecom Chengdu branch.
Zhao began his career in the telecommunications industry as an Assistant Engineer at the Sichuan Provincial Administration of Post and Telecommunications—which later became China Telecom Sichuan.
Zhao holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Sichuan University and a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications.
