James Yang is currently serving as the Chief Representative at UnionPay International since February 2011. Prior to this role, James held the same position at China UnionPay South East Asia from February 2006 to January 2011. Before that, he was the Assistant GM at China UnionPay Xiamen Branch from April 2004 to January 2006. James earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xiamen University in 2002 and his Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Software Engineering from Fuzhou University.
