Theo Ham is an experienced urban planner and researcher with a strong background in data analysis and policy development. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Chinatown Community Development Center, Theo has previously worked as a Research Analyst at the Community Service Society of New York, where notable projects included analyzing over 20 years of survey data and updating housing dashboards. Theo has also contributed as a Graduate Student Instructor at UC Berkeley, teaching critical data analysis skills, and has held various research and consulting positions focused on housing policy and community development. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from Stanford University.
