Thanh Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental management and quality assurance within the cement industry. Currently serving as Corporate Environment & System Compliance Manager at Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation since January 2017, Thanh Nguyen focuses on establishing sustainable development strategies and implementing a Quality Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO standards. Prior to this role, Thanh Nguyen held various positions at Holcim Vietnam from April 1998 to October 2015, including Environmental Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing sustainable environmental performance and compliance with regulations, and as Quality Assurance Manager, managing product quality and departmental KPIs. Thanh Nguyen holds an Engineer’s Degree in Chemical - Food Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, earned between 1992 and 1997.

Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation, registered in Cambodia and established in late 2015, is a joint venture company between Chip Mong Group of Cambodia and Siam City Cement Company (SCCC) of Thailand. With capitalization of USD 262 million we are building our business with modern green field cement manufacturing assets in Kampot Province, where we are constructing our new state of art 5,000 ton per day factory. The project design and construction has started since late 2015 and first production is due by end of 2017. Our products will be advanced quality cements for both the retail and the industrial market segments all manufactured from well selected local raw materials, with world class quality control and assurance standards.
