Fernando Artave is currently working as the People Operations Director at Chiper, responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs to support organizational growth. Previously, at Softtek, as the Human Capital Manager, Fernando raised employee engagement rates significantly. Prior to that, at LabourKing and Staples, Fernando managed various HR functions and developed talent management strategies. Additionally, as an HR Assistant at NGA Human Resources, Fernando supported the SAP HRM system. Education-wise, Fernando holds a Pós-Graduação in Neurociência e Comportamento, an MBA in Human Resources Administration, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
