Shalom Gikundiro

Shalom Gikundiro is an experienced marketing and customer operations professional with a diverse background in various roles. At Chipper Cash since September 2019, Shalom has progressed from Customer Operations Analyst to Senior Customer Operations Analyst, and currently serves as Marketing Manager and Customer Operations Lead. Prior experiences include roles as an Admissions Assistant and Marketing Assistant at the London School of Commerce, and a Marketing Assistant at Urwego Bank. Shalom also worked as an Exam Proctor at the British Council. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a background in the International Baccalaureate program from Green Hills Academy.
