Dean Johnston

Dean Johnston currently serves as the Factory Manager at Chivas Brothers since September 2022. Previously, Dean held various roles at Finsbury Food Group from June 2017 to September 2022, including Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Area Manager. Dean also accumulated experience at Bakkavor, where positions included Continuous Improvement Manager and Section Manager from October 2015 to November 2017, as well as Shift Manager, Production Planner, and Section Leader from September 2013 to August 2015. Dean Johnston holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Studies from the University of Stirling, obtained between 2008 and 2012, and prior educational achievements include A-levels in English, Mathematics, Physical Education, Music, and History at Anderson High School.
