Prior to that, they were the owner and Product Engineering Consultant at SurfingFaith LLC, providing technical advice and leading engineering efforts for early-stage startups and eCommerce companies. John also served as the Director of Ecommerce at Bicycle Sport Shop, leading the transition to online commerce and increasing conversion rates. Additionally, John has held executive roles such as Chief Technology Officer at Bright Health, Bwell Inc., and WayBlazer, where they worked on various technology and integration projects. Early in their career, they worked at RetailMeNot, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, overseeing external relations, mobile strategy, and technology. John also worked at Myspace, where they served as the General Manager of Mobile and Vice President of Engineering. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated their expertise in technology management, product development, team leadership, and strategic planning.
