Rocco Sorma has extensive experience in data strategy and analysis, serving as Chief Digital Officer at oktaneBI from March 2017 to September 2024. Previously, Rocco held roles at St. Elizabeth Healthcare as Product Coordinator for Data Strategy, at Kimball Midwest as Data Scientist, and at Aclara in the same capacity. Rocco has also worked as an Instructor in Data Science at Case Western Reserve University and as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Safeguard Properties, where significant achievements included reducing quality control backlog and improving financial resolutions for aged receivables. Rocco's earlier experiences include serving as a U.S. Congressional Intern and a Cavalry Scout Sergeant in the U.S. Army, along with a solid educational foundation with a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from Cleveland State University.
