Geethanga Amarasinghe

Geethanga Amarasinghe is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex software projects. Currently at Choco, Geethanga oversees the development of infrastructure and services for vendor integrations. Previously, Geethanga held senior management roles at CAKE Engineering, where four agile teams were guided in creating and supporting CAKE products, and Pearson, where a significant transition from a monolithic application to a microservice architecture was accomplished. Geethanga also has a strong technical background from positions at 99X Technology and IFS R&D, focusing on cloud-based solutions and reconciliation software. Geethanga holds a BSc in Information Technology from Curtin University and a BSc Hons in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
