Grégoire Ambroselli

Grégoire Ambroselli currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation program at SKEMA Business School since 2024. As a co-founder of Choco, established in March 2018, Grégoire has developed the leading AI solution for food and beverage vendors, which includes a popular ordering app for chefs, boasting over 70,000 daily users. Previously, Grégoire held the position of Managing Director for Vaniday APAC at Rocket Internet SE from June 2015 to February 2018 and worked as a Business Developer at vente-privee (now Veepee) in early 2014. Additional experience includes roles as a Junior Advertising Manager at Le Figaro and a Business Developer at BlueTag Ltd. Grégoire's educational background includes an MSc in International Business from North Carolina State University and a high school program in MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation from SKEMA Business School.
