Vanessa Gutierrez possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR professional at Choco since September 2021, where the company focuses on modernizing the global food supply chain. Previously, Vanessa functioned as an HR Business Partner at ACCEO CONSULTING from January 2019 to September 2021 and as an HR Technician at Applus+ IDIADA from February 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included full life-cycle recruiting across multiple countries, including Spain and China. Additionally, Vanessa began their career as an HR Trainee at Applus+ IDIADA and gained management experience as a Manager Trainee at Intercontinental Fuzhou. Vanessa holds a Master’s in HR Management from CEUPE, a Master’s in Business Administration from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and a BSc in Psychology from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, complemented by an Erasmus exchange program in Psychology at Nantes Université.
