Kyle MacWilliams has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Earlier in their career, Kyle worked as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic at Hawkins & Powers Aviation, Inc., and International Business Aircraft. Kyle also gained experience as a Dock Worker at Beaver Express Service Llc and as a Seasonal Worker at the Oregon Department of Forestry.

Kyle MacWilliams started their education journey in 1998 when they attended Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology. Kyle obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology. Kyle completed their studies at Spartan College in 2000.
Afterwards, in 2006, Kyle enrolled at Rogue Community College, where they studied Manufacturing Engineering. Kyle completed their studies in 2010.
Most recently, in 2019, Kyle pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As of now, there is no provided end year for this program, suggesting that they are still pursuing their degree.
