Kiso Param

Kiso Param, CPA, CA, CBV, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Choice Properties since August 2024. Previously held the position of Manager of Finance at Onex from April 2022 to August 2024, focusing on valuations, performance reporting, and budgeting. Kiso contributed as a Course Instructor at the Chartered Business Valuators Institute from May 2021 to May 2023 and was a Manager of FP&A at Sienna Senior Living from November 2020 to April 2022, specializing in traditional FP&A, M&A, financial due diligence, valuations, and investor relations. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Analyst at OpenText, Associate at Grant Thornton LLP, and Senior Staff Accountant at KPMG, alongside academic contributions as a Senior Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Kiso holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
