Mélinda Constant

Mélinda Constant, ASC, C.Dir. is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment strategies. Currently serving as the AVP, Retail Asset Management for Québec & Atlantic at Choice Properties since May 2023, Mélinda contributes significantly to the Asset Management Team by optimizing asset performance and supporting growth strategies. Prior roles include Senior Director at iA Global Asset Management, where Mélinda developed investment strategies for real estate portfolios, and Director at Ivanhoé Cambridge, overseeing asset management plans to enhance property performance. Mélinda also holds board positions at the Quebec Housing Corporation and YWCA Montreal. Educational credentials include a B.Comm in Finance from McGill University and a Certification in Corporate Governance from Collège des administrateurs de sociétés.
